When I had to restart a stalled wellness program, I bought a heart rate monitor and wore it most of the day, having the goal of getting my heartrate up to “training level” for at least 5 minutes each hour. Bingo! No fancy equipment, even marching in place would do the job. The HR monitor kept me motivated.

Hi Liz, thanks for your useful advice. Must research monitors over here. I like the idea of no large equipment as we have a small house.
