   Your little dog is adorable. He reminds me of my own dog at that age. My dog Monty is a rough haired cross Jack Russell who will be two yerars old next month. It was very hard work when he was a pup but my patience has been rewarded. He’s loving, failthful and full of fun. He’s a bit of a rough-neck on times but basically I’m amazed at how sensible he has become. What is your dog’s name?

   What a cutie! The name must run in the family. Allison and Tom’s dog Misty recently died. She was a schnauzer ( I am sure I messed that up!) very much loved and missed. I only have cats and they keep me busy enough. I laughed when I saw the travel bag! Despite all the trouble I am sure you will not regret it. Sorry to hear about Dana. I think we met her? I have a friend with 2 Jack Russells, both long haired. One of them came on a week long canoe trip with us. It was great having her along.

   Our cat is feeling a bit left out at the moment. It has taken him a week to recover from the shock of the new pup. I have assured him that he will feature in all his glory in a photoshoot soon.
