I was moved to phone BT Customer Services to complain about my difficulties with their Indian Call Centre yesterday. The sweat and frustration made me quite determined on it. Philip was a model of understandable speech and soothing apologies. It also transpired that I was not alone in my concerns. Their Broadband Queries are being moved back to the UK, though I was not given a date.
At that rate, perhaps I don’t need to start an internet campaign.
