At the last meeting of the Pain Association there was talk about flare-ups and people feeling wiped out after too much rushing around and activity; the expert explained that sometimes a resulting collapse could come several days after the overdoing things. That is precisely what happened to me today. I have tried not to get overly fussed about it, but having to sit still and rest because there is no option can be a good lesson. The only answer is to be grateful that there is freedom and space to take things easy.
Tomorrow is another day.
