An easy day required to recover from the effects of the ‘flu vaccinations and a mild infection. Antibiotics are now finished, arm is slightly less swollen and the stamina is coming back. Makes me realise that if this is the result of preventative medicine, then it is just as well to have the protection against influenza itself.
