Here I am back again after feeling pretty ropey and exhausted for a couple of weeks. It seems that I have reacted badly to a Shingles Vaccination. Thankfully, I am well on the mend now – even went for a picnic with HBTW and Misty a couple of days ago. As you can see, the Little Dog is very untidy and desperately needs her spring date with the beautician. Maybe I should try that too.

So this is not a big hurrah for that vaccination…which I have failed to get. Now maybe I will pass since only 30% get the shingles.
I’m sorry to hear you had a bad reaction to the vaccination. Yours is the first report I’ve heard.
Having had a very severe attack of shingles in my right ear 12 years ago (it lasted 10 weeks and nearly killed me), I was delighted to hear there was a vaccine, and most annoyed to find I just missed the criteria for a dose last autumn.
I hope you are fully over it now Freda, and hopefully will be immune from the wretched thing in the future.
Blessings X
Sorry you went through that, but glad for your sharing the experience and for the comments. I am putting that on my list to query the doc in an upcoming office visit,
As I quoted the Bible in my post today, I would appreciate your input. As for the Singles vaccination, sounds as if the after effects are as bad as some cases of Shingles. I had Shingles, but a relatively mild case, I think.
