The easiest way go clean your roast tray or dish is to pour some cola drink into the dirty dish and leave it to soak overnight…..

LOL, hate to tell you but this really works. Just enough to cover the bottom of the dish or pan, (yes it works with burns pots too), gently heat it over the hob, and Bob’s your aunties husband.
Thanks for the confirmation, Ellie, I shall give it a try next time I forget a pan on the stove. (Quite a regular occurrence these days!)
