BT have been driving me nuts again. As part of our Broadband setup at home, we have an extra telephone with a virtual number. It is only used occasionally, and mainly at offpeak times which are free for up to an hour. When it is used during the day there is a separate bill. One came in this quarter for 12 pence. I tried phoning Sanji to ask if I could have this transferred onto the direct debit account for the phone package. After checking with his supervisor he came back and said that No, unfortunately this was not possible.
So I ended up writing a cheque for the 12 pence and sending it off with a second class stamp. Is it them or me that is stupid?
